Just a 10 minutes drive away, Piegaro offers a small, traditional village atmosphere, perfect for a quiet stroll and a glimpse of authentic Umbrian life. Nearby Tavernelle is a bit larger and more practical, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, (clothing) stores and everything you might need during your stay, including an waterpark .
Together, they provide the perfect balance: local charm in Piegaro and convenience in Tavernelle, all within easy reach of the house.

For lakeside charm, Castiglione del Lago is a must-visit. Just a 30 minute drive away, this lively town on the shores of Lake Trasimeno combines history with a relaxed holiday atmosphere.
